The great thing about the paleo
diet, is that it focuses on using
real whole
foods, plenty of healthy
fats, vegetables, and moderate amounts of animal protein.

In general, you should cut down on sugar and processed carbs and include healthy
fats in your

foods high in additives - eat

diet should be unprocessed,

Real food should be your preferred source of all of these (even above protein shakes) but it's not always possible, especially if you're on a
diet with the intention of burning
fat.
Whether this comes from a plant - based, low - carb, ketogenic, or a «Mediterranean»
diet, we're not sure it really matters - just focus on eating
real, whole
foods that minimise the processing of both carbohydrates and
fat.
