With the added fiber from the pumpkin and iron from the spinach, plus with the choices of using low -
fat turkey sausage and goat cheese, you have a balanced and delicious meal on your hands.
But the lack of cheese and the use of a lower -
fat turkey sausage versus a pork sausage means fewer fat and calories.

Except to make it healthier I did Jennio hot Italian
turkey sausage and took off the casings and then just over a cup of reduced
fat mozzarella..
And I agree about the
turkey sausage — frankly I prefer it over the full -
fat stuff.
Better with italian spicy
turkey sausage and 1/3 less
fat cream cheese - shredded cheese also add cumin and some green onion... very good without so much guilt.
If so, you could try a lower
fat turkey breakfast
sausage or even a vegetarian low
fat sausage or soy based chorizo.
I also add in a ton of veggies, some healthy
fats from nuts, and some extra protein from extra lean
turkey sausage.
