I went
with faux hydrangeas in red, white, and blue, because I wanted a table that would last a while and I love the colors of these.
I've had white

the faux hydrangeas come with a long stem I just simply pulled off the head of the hydrangea and discarded the stem.
Adding a few greenery pieces,
