Lately for a quick and healthy breakfast I have bee combining 1 cp of plain Greek yogurt (
fage is my
favorite) with 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of sliced almonds, 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds, and a handful of chopped fruit usually strawberries.
I am a
Fage girl through and through (their factory is about 15 minutes from my house, oddly enough)... My
favorite way to eat it is to stir in Q'ia Chia, Buckwheat & Hemp cereal and top it with some honey.
My current
favorite go - to breakfast is
fage total plain greek yogurt with some stevia and cinnamon paired with a tart pink lady apple.
My
favorite overnight oats is a mixture of Bob's Red Mill Rolled Oats, with a little non-dairy milk (just enough to cover the oats), with 1 container of
Fage 0 % yogurt for protein, and then cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, raisins, dried blueberries, and drizzle of maple syrup to sweeten!
