seasons are near!
I love
summer, but fall may be my
favorite season because of all of this.
Yes, yes, I know, I've done a lot of whining lately about being glad the hot
Summer is past and that the cooler weather and my
favorite season, Fall, is here.
This beautiful, autumn - hued salad is full of fall's best vegetables (sweet potatoes, fennel, carrots, kale), along with late
season bumper crops of our

After falling in love with the Corn and Zucchini
Summer Frittata I posted back in July, I couldn't wait to create a new one for fall, my absolute
favorite season.
Summer is my
favorite season, and always has been.
I waited as long as I could to start with the pumpkin recipes, seeing how
summer is my

favorite season, autumn follows in a close second.
I'm super excited to make these parfaits again in a month or so when all my
