Crispy baked chicken tossed in a sweet / tangy / spicy sauce and served over
my favorite cilantro lime rice and blacks beans.

lime chicken a night before, and keeping a batch of romesco sauce ready to go.

Drizzle or pour yummy

favorite Mexican salad.
Serve with the fresh

I especially love these bowls because the combine some of my

I cooked it exactly according to the recipe, served with your
cilantro lime rice, pickled cabbage, and a few other of my
favorite taco fixin's.
Fill the steamed tortillas with the grilled salmon, top with chipotle
lime crema, your
favorite salsa or pico de gallo, and the shredded cabbage with
cilantro.
My
favorite way to eat peppers this summer is dicing them for a Pineapple Mango salsa with red onion,
cilantro and a little
lime juice to dress it.
That would be the only animal product I would be taking in, other than an occasional small amount of plain greek yogurt used in place of sour cream (which I have been doing for years...

cilantro lime grilled chicken with my
favorite, a strawberry salsa with tomatoes and jalapeno peppers.

lime juice, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, cloves garlic, whole kernel corn, black beans, diced green bell pepper, diced red bell pepper, fresh
cilantro leaves and chopped roma (plum) tomatoes.

cilantro and onion then salt and pepper to taste.
