It is full of nuts and
coconut, my
favorite granola ingredients.
Then I loaded it up with all of my
favorite toppings — bananas, chia seeds, and my new
favorite toasted
coconut granola!
Directions: Pour the acai smoothie into a bowl and top with
granola, your
favorite berries, banana and any superfoods (I love
coconut chips, bee pollen and goji berries).
It was also incredibly easy to prepare — simply whisk pumpkin puree with spices, vanilla, and a little maple syrup, and layer it with greek yogurt and your
favorite toppings (like
granola, nuts, dried cranberries, chia or toasted
coconut).

Serve

granola recipe, made with plenty of good olive oil, raw almonds, pumpkin and hemp seeds,
coconut, maple syrup and oats.
Be sure to garnish generously with toasted almonds, your

The next morning, top with
coconut whipped cream, stovetop
granola (or your
favorite granola), and raspberries.
This Crunchy Lemon Almond and
Coconut Granola is pretty much my new
favorite thing.
Layer your
favorite yogurt (I like the Kite Hill almond milk yogurt or any
coconut milk yogurt) with your
favorite granola and fresh fruit.
I recommend Purely Elizabeth

coconut flakes, fresh berries or figs, and a drizzle of your

I went to town on my bowl with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and banana, as well as chopped almonds, toasted
coconut, a sprinkling of my
favorite granola, and extra chia seeds.
Needless to say, I was intrigued and decided to create a recipe based on my
favorite granola with lots of cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, cranberries,
coconut oil and of course, oats.
Spread each slice with your
favorite nut butter and maybe some
coconut flakes or
granola, and then sandwich them together and you're done!
Warm a whole roasted sweet potato, split it down the middle, drizzle with your
favorite nut butter, sprinkle with cinnamon, and top with yogurt (I love
coconut, but Greek is great too), low - sugar
