It can be something simple like bringing in donuts and

favorite spot down the block or more involved like a new hire happy hour — whatever gets the team enthusiastic about the process.
Nicole: HG Roastery Cafe is my
favorite breakfast / lunch /

coffee spot recently closed (L'Aroma, still open in West Newton), I've been enjoying the café latte and tea options at L.A. Burdick, too.

On Saturday, we decided to walk to our
favorite coffee shop and I
spotted these bougainvillea.
We revisted some of my
favorite spots downtown and across the river like Devou Park, the Purple People Bridge and
Coffee Emporium, and took more than 100 pictures along the way (really).
I grabbed
coffee at Mom + Pop (their lattes are ON POINT you guys), did a bit of shopping and met up with bae at Requin, one of my new
favorite spots!
I love this shot in my sunroom:) Sucha happy little
spot for
coffee and the paper - the mugs are one of my
favorite items as they are sucha great size and shape.
Since the temperatures have dropped, my skin is already starting to get super dry so I'm placing my
favorite lip balms and hand creams in all my
favorite spots (my purse, by my bed, on my desk, and on our
coffee table).
