flours, but remember the density rule of coconut
flour: 1 cup wheat
flour is the equivalent of 1/3 — 1/2 cup coconut
flour.

I wanted to re-create «Funfetti» boxed cake
mix... It was always one of my

flour sprinkles right away... however... baking a coconut
flour based cake proved to be much more difficult.
Today was making Irish Soda Bread for a dinner and decided to try a GF version for me, was a crumbled mess but tasted good (pancake and baking
mix and a GF recipe) decided to try a 2nd batch with different
flour, used the King Arthur Measure for Measure and my regular recipe, taste is a little different because it's not wheat
flour but it's very good and baked up just like the wheat
flour version, will definitely be switching to this GF
flour for all my baking, looking foreward to cake and cookies with my
favorite recipes.
I have two children with celiacs and I would use this

However, when I went to take the loaves out of the pan, all of the raisins stuck to the bottom (I did

flour), and the honey cake (although very good), had no raisins in it (and that» s my family's
