book I grabbed — New York Cult Recipes, by Marc Grossman has been a
favorite as of late - it is full of over 100 of NYC's most iconic
foods and it is glorious!
My
favorite part of the
book is the how - to guide on making basic staples in the kitchen such as raw milk yogurt, vegan cream cheese and fermenting and sprouting

Even though the farmers market is the extent of my foraging these days, this
