The
release of Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition is after almost 2
years of the original
game, and it comes packed in with all of the post-launch support and characters, while a new season pass for the upcoming characters was also confirmed along with the
release of Arcade Edition that brings some fan
favorites back into the
game along with 2 new characters.
This list will hopefully compile a wide selection of
games and some of my
favorites that were
released on the platform throughout the
year.
2013's highest - scoring title — which was probably the
favorite to take
game of the
year honors heading into the
year, and didn't disappoint (at least score-wise)-- was Rockstar's latest GTA installment, Grand Theft Auto V. Set in a fictionalized Los Angeles, the
game scored 97 on both PS3 and Xbox 360, making it the highest - scoring
release since 2010.
I know it as one of my
favorite games of both 2013 and 2014 (the PC
release was a
year after it first came out.)

favorite of critics and

It's a little dark, but Slide to Play has the first footage I've seen of Ubisoft's 3DS - to - iOS port of Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars, the turn - based strategy
game from X-Com co-creator Julian Gollop and Ubisoft Sofia (one of my
favorite titles
released this
year!)
Rogue Legacy, one of my
favorite games from last
year, will be
releasing on July 29th for the PS4, PS3, and Vita with full cross-buy and cross-save support.

Most notably Implosion, one of my
favorite games released for Nintendo's newest system last
year.
But, believe it or not, there have been over 40 new
games released on the PlayStation 4 so far this
year, and we combed through them all to pick out our
favorites.
