ever is that I sit comfortably by our gas fireplace without a coat on all winter long (well I do get up occasionally haha), and never worry about heat bill because it is so affordable.
One of my most

ever was your Grandmother's Brooklyn
house and this has that vibe, equal parts design and home... complete balance of form and function.
And it was as open a floorplan as I'd
ever want (living room / dining room) and so airy, with a host of clever features (like a two - sided cabinet that had a door in the kitchen in which to store the clean dishes and a glass door in the dining room from which you could easily set the table), but my biggest
favorite were the plank walls, nothing really, really fancy but in every room of the
house and each room painted a soft pastel color.
If I
ever have a bigger
house with the possibility, my dream «mom cave» would have an oversized comfy chair and ottoman, my laptop, windows, big bookshelf with all my
favorite books, and photo albums, and throw blankets.
I am not sure that it is my absolute
favorite dream
house ever, but you just can't argue with the timeless beauty of a white farmhouse.

Ever since we really started making progress on our kitchen remodel last year my kitchen has become my
favorite room in the
