You can save a trip to the local
juice shop by
blending your
favorite berries.
A unique
blend of mango, lemon
juice, and ancho chile powder makes up one of our
favorite Mexican treats.
Make a curry for lunch or dinner, or limonada de coco with lime
juice and your
favorite sweetener
blended with ice.
Nonetheless, you can use your
favorite berry
juice, such as blueberry, sweetened cranberry, or a fruit
blend.
Chili paste is super easy: rehydrate a handful of your
favorite dried chilies — I prefer smoky chilis, like guajillos and anchos and New Mexicos, over hot chilis — and
blend»em up in the blender with a bit of the chili water or tomato
juice.
Pick your
favorite fruits and vegetables, add a liquid of choice (almond milk, coconut milk, coconut water,
juice, etc.)
blend on high and drink!
The cherries are
blended with some protein powder (of your choice, my
favorite grass - fed whey option is THIS ONE), a few cubes of frozen coconut milk (for creaminess), a few chia seeds, and some kind of water or
juice.

Ingredients: 4 cups white cannellini beans, canned (drained and rinsed) or already cooked
juice of 1/2 lemon Extra virgin olive oil as needed (I didn't need much, 1/2 c or so) 1/4 cup chopped sundried tomatoes (packed in olive oil) 1/2 cup canned tuna (200g) your
favorite italian herb
blend salt and pepper to taste
Tip: Try
blending with ice, your
favorite fruit,
juice, peanut butter, or anything else you enjoy for a delicious smoothie.
Blend your
favorite fruits along with coconut water, all - fruit
juice, almond milk or even Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
Even with
blending and straining, you can definitely taste the ginger here, which is one of my
favorite juice ingredients.

One of my
favorite ways to clear congestion from a cold is a power shot which
blends 2 ounces (59 ml) fresh wheatgrass and ginger
juice.
My
favorite juice which I make in my Blentec is made with 1 small mango, 1 organic apple, 1 organic kiwi, handful of pineapple shunks, 2 big handful of organic baby spinach leaves or organic kale, 1 tbsp of homemade ground flax seed spread or 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds, 1 tbsp of coconut oil (optional), 1 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 tsp of L - Glutamine powder and 1 1/2 cup of spring water...
