Sugar - free: My
favorite alternative baking sugar is Swerve brand, but I do find that it tends to be drying so you might want to add a tablespoon or so of
milk (
nondairy is fine) to achieve the proper consistency.
Either toss a heaping spoonful (or two) of apple crisp into your next smoothie with almond
milk and add some leftover raw greens like kale or spinach, or warm it up and eat it with a spoonful of your
favorite nondairy yogurt.
