organic unsalted grass - fed butter, raw walnuts, raw almonds, raw pecans, avocados, almond butter,
organic pasture - raised eggs, olives, salmon, most cold water fish, flax seeds, chia seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, raw
sunflower seeds, and raw hempseeds.
