You can use
your favorite pie crust or the recipe for the one I've provided below.
On occasion, when I've got time, I'll make
my favorite pie crust recipe.
Use
your favorite pie crust recipe, or buy a frozen or refrigerated crust if you're in a hurry.
I usually use
my favorite pie crust recipe, which I have previously posted, but I decided to try a pastry recipe by the Barefoot Contessa.

Using
your favorite pie crust, fill the bottom of each jar with pie crust by pressing the crust on the bottom and then up the sides (this is the part that would be much easier with the correct jars — the jars I used were cute and curvy = harder to press into all the little).
First, prepare
your favorite pie crust recipe. As mentioned above, I used Alton Brown's pie crust recipe substituting gluten - free all - purpose flour for the regular and using vegetable shortening instead of lard.

pies.
