I've been layering everything with
my favorite plain almond milk yogurt lately, and it only occurred the other week to try it with overnight oats.

My
favorite frosting of all time is a
plain, simple buttercream with butter, powdered sugar, vanilla,
almond extract, and a splash of heavy cream.
Lately for a quick and healthy breakfast I have bee combining 1 cp of
plain Greek yogurt (fage is my
favorite) with 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of sliced
almonds, 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds, and a handful of chopped fruit usually strawberries.
I tested this recipe with
almond milk and my
favorite plain soy milk and I think they are equally here.
Serve
plain or with your
favorite toppings - we love
almond butter, more fresh bananas, or date paste!
1/4 cup 0 % greek yogurt (could also use your
favorite non-dairy
plain yogurt) 1 scoop (30 grams) vanilla whey protein (I used Whey Gourmet Naturelle Vanilla sweetened with stevia) 1 Tbsp milk (I used unsweetened
almond milk) 1 Tbsp strawberry jam (try and use a lower sugar or double - fruit kind with 5 g sugar per 1 Tbsp)
Some of our
favorite gnawables include bully sticks, Nylabones, antlers, fish skins, tracheas (yeah, we know but if you think bully sticks sound cuter, google what they're made of), and of course, the original KONG filled with tasty goodness that you've frozen to make it last longer (we love
almond butter + banana / apple or other fresh fruit,
plain yogurt + wet food or fresh fruit / veggies).
