One of
my favorite protein powder flavors is this vanilla ice cream.
«Protein Oats» are something my uncle taught me in the back woods of Canada, I add a scoop of
my favorite protein powder (which is a vegetarian protein powder packed with vitamins, minerals, and omega - 3 fatty acids) to some steel - cut oats.
It's a 4:1 ratio of liquid to Chia seeds — so you can make as much as you'd like but we usually stick with: • 2 cups of your favorite milk — dairy, almond, soy • 1/2 cup chia seeds Optional add - ons: • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder (to taste) • 2 - 3 scoops of
your favorite protein powder (easy way to get in your collagen peptides!)

Using
my favorite protein powder (which is Naked Whey) with Naked's Choc PB powder is a healthy approach to adding flavor to my protein shake without... ruining the purity by adding sweeteners.

Tip: Try adding BCAA Powder to

Try a smoothie made with baby spinach, banana, and
your favorite protein powder (try water or unsweetened coconut water as your liquid base) so you'll at least have a balanced meal to sip on as you go about your morning.
Super Smoothie: 1 cup (approximately) almond milk or any milk you like + 1 handful baby spinach or mixed dark leafy greens + 1 scoop of
your favorite protein powder (try to avoid protein powders with lots of additives and sugar - link to my top 5 favorites) + 1 Tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter + 1/2 cup berries (frozen or fresh) + 1/2 cup sprouted grain cereal (link so you know what to look for)
If you want to turn these into protein cookies, omit 1/2 cup of the oats and add 1/3 cup of
your favorite protein powder.

I've designed these brownies to also provide lots of protein — from beans, oats, and a little kick from
your favorite protein powder.
If you want some extra protein in your diet, add in a scoop of
your favorite protein powder.
Adding a scoop or two of
your favorite protein powder to your smoothies will give them a nutrient burst, as well as give you an opportunity to experiment with different flavors.
This has become
my favorite protein powder because I get all of the incredible benefits of bone broth, all in a convenient powder form.
Other than the great deal I get this is also
my favorite protein powder I've had, ever.
Just like Luna and Power bars, and made with
your favorite protein powder.
But, sometimes concerns arise when people look at the nutrition information on the tub of
their favorite protein powder.
If you want to load these up with protein, you can replace 1/2 cup of the oat flour with an equal amount of
your favorite protein powder (I've used hemp with delicious success), but you'll want to increase the almondmilk measurement by 2 tablespoons.
Here is my version with added protein from
