For this, I heated some olive oil (you can use sesame oil too), added sesame seeds,
raw peanuts (my
favorite nut), Sirracha powder mix (my new invention which I feel is better than the sauce and more versatile), Chinese long beans, salt and to add extra flavor I finished this dish with coconut flakes.

raw, organic peanut butter (not the stuff from you know who) or any of your
favorite nut butters, for that matter.
My
favorite brand without additives — such as oil or sugar — is Artisana which makes the highest quality,
raw organic
nut and seed butters that are also certified vegan.
Raw sauerkraut,
nut milk yogurt, and non-dairy kefir (excellent for digestion, reducing yeast overgrowth, immune function, reducing inflammation), and lacto - fermented fruits, kombucha, and kefir sodas (
favorite children's fermented foods),
