favorite way to have chicken
salad is mounded on a lettuce leaf accompanied with fruit (my
favorites are red grapes and cantaloupe — just a great taste

salad), sliced ripe tomatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper, and crackers.

Hard to pick a
favorite... either candied pecans sprinkled on a spinach
salad or hazelnuts in nutella form or almonds in some sweet & salty
combination.
It perfectly works in
salads (my
favorite combination is with roasted beets, arugula, and balsamic), but I've never paired it with sweet potatoes — interesting and definitely delicious!

This delicious Mango Chicken
Salad is a
combination of two of my
favorites, grilled citrus chicken, and mango salsa.
The Southwest - style dressing is delicious on this
salad, but feel free to use ranch dressing or your
favorite combination.
This endive
salad is a
favorite at the restaurant because of the
combination of apples, walnuts and crumbled Bleu cheese with vinegar and oil dressing.
