of Chobani non fat plain yogurt (you can use 2 % as well) 2 eggs 6 tbl
of melted I can't believe it's not butter (or regular butter) 1.5 tsp
of vanilla extract Optional: Top the
bread with your
favorite nut (I used about 1/3 c)
You can use any
type of bread, but fresh whole grain
bread from the bakery is my
favorite.
Or use slices
of any
type of your
favorite bread; butter them.
Try using spinach leaves, swiss chard, or your
favorite type of lettuce as a replacement for
bread on your sandwiches.
We started off the mid day meal with a nice plate
of antipasti, local
favorites from the area which included some salty and flavorful Prosciutto from the region, three
types of cheese and some delicious
breads.
