I love using coconut sugar, it's one of
my favorite types of sugar to use right now.
Feel free to use
your favorite type of sugar — I opted for evaporated can juice — but another type of granular sugar, such as coconut palm, packed brown sugar, or turbinado — will bake up beautifully.

favorite types of foods to enjoy for breakfast (or really, anytime since I wasn't picky when I got my
sugar fix!).
Yogurt — Choose a
sugar - free
type that has a lot
of probiotics (greek yogurt is a good option) and mix it with pieces
of your
favorite fruit.
And
of course it goes unsaid that if any call for any
type of sugar substitute your
favorite artificial sweetener!
Ginger snaps are one
of my
favorite store cookies as they are typically lower in
sugar per serving than most other
types of processed cookies.
Glazed Lemon
Sugar Cookies Lemon desserts and
sugar cookies are my two
favorite type of desserts.
If you prefer a topping more gentle to your blood
sugar, blueberries and your
favorite type of nut butter will be an excellent alternative.
