From the Soups and Salads chapter I made the Shredded Rainbow Salad which is filled with some of my
favourite things —
red cabbage, kale, edamame, avocado and carrots but the
dressing fell a
little short for me.
I'm forever loving contrasting textures!For Day 2, I wore a white short sleeved tee with
red «you got this» embroidery (here), a bright pink ruffle crepe midi skirt from Topshop (also have this in green as you may have seen in an earlier post)-- definitely my
favourite skirt I own, it's so easy to
dress up or down and get a
little creative with it (similar here in stripes).
