We occasionally eat dairy (a little cheese
here and there, cooking with grass -
fed butter, etc) so I wasn't at all against the idea of using grass -
fed butter in my brewed chocolate.
I am on a primal diet for about 5 or 6 months (a lot of raw animal products such as grass -
fed liver and
butter) and my skin has improved but it's not quiet clear yet, I still have some breakouts
here and there.
Living in Japan gives me GREAT access to shrooms Grass -

butter, nuts and fats other than veggie oils are eitehr very expensive or hard to come by

fed grain because you get higher just for the dairy thing and there's also a national quota system.
