Depending on my mood, I sometimes add a tablespoon of grass
fed butter right on top of the bird just before roasting but honestly, it does not make a huge difference.

I'm going to stay off dairy for a while... I may consider adding grass -

right now I just don't feel the need for it, I'm completely happy with coconut milk and coconut oil as substitutions.

When it was done cooking, I added a bunch of blueberries and some grass -
