Adding too much
sugar will give you an extremely sweet wine, because as your yeast begins to gradually die out, nothing will be
feeding on the
extra sugar.

Starting with inhumanely raised animals down to the insane amounts of corn added to pretty much everything (including the
feed of inhumanly raised animals)-- but one of the things that drive me nuts is the amount of
sugar added to foods that don't need
extra sugar.
If you try it, make sure to stick to plain, unflavored, unsweetened yogurt;
extra sugar can actually
feed the growth of yeast.
Keeping your blood
sugar stable with healthy fats (coconut oil, avocado,
extra virgin olive oil, and butter from grass
fed cows) can also keep your brain sharp.
Because of the
extra demands they put on their bodies, it is important for athletes to consume a diet rich in plant - based foods, high quality (ideally grass -
fed) protein sources, plenty of healthy fats, and limit nutrient - deficient and inflammation - causing foods (foods that contain a lot of
sugar, trans fats, or too many omega 6 fats — found in vegetable oils, soy oils, etc).
