federal arts programs and funding, FREEMAN Gallery presents the work of two New York artists who attended public arts high schools — Cheyenne Julien, graduate of Art and Design High School Class of 2012, and Kevin Evans, graduate of Edward R. Murrow High School Class of 2008.
