Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 beginning in FY2006 and continuing through FY2010.5 The program was subsequently reauthorized under the Claims Resolution Act of 2010.6 The HMPRF programs support healthy marriage, responsible parenting, and economic stability activities, and are funded through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration of Children and Families» (ACF) Office of Family Assistance (OFA).7 The HMPRF programs have continued to receive funds through FY2016.8 Healthy Marriage and Relationship Education grantees, the New Pathways for Fathers and Families grantees, and Responsible Fatherhood Opportunities for Reentry and Mobility (ReFORM) grantees are currently funded from FY2015 through FY2020.9
