Connecticut joined Massachusetts, California and Kentucky in filing a lawsuit on Friday challenging the Trump administration's move to stop $ 7 billion in
federal subsidy payments to health insurers under the Affordable Care Act.
More than a dozen Democratic state attorneys general took legal action Thursday seeking to preserve billions of dollars in
federal subsidy payments for insurers under a provision of the Affordable Care Act after President Donald Trump threatened to halt the funding.
