The weather in Taiwan is pretty hot,
so this is a good treat to help cool off and not
feel guilty about eating
something sweet.
Some of us
feel really
guilty about something we've done,
so we suffer in hopes of
feeling better.
I don't have to
feel guilty about eating
something so good.
I've been giving into my sweet tooth
so much lately (I just posted a recipe for salted caramel turtle bites) but these seem like that perfect thing to have around when you need a little
something and don't want to
feel guilty about eating them.
So if we aren't
feeling this way
about our pregnancy, we're made to
feel guilty, like we're a terrible person and
something is wrong with us Surely we're going to be a bad mom as well then?
The primary purpose is to give you a mental and dietary break and remove your usual guidelines and restrictions
so that you are allowed to eat
something you love without
feeling guilty about it.
The whole thing
about the inner circle is I just, I wanted a figure out a way to help people and not
feel guilty that my kids were starving because I was doing it for 100 % free

Granted, I am very fortunate to get the c / o gift cards from Shopbop from running ads on my blog but I still
feel a teeny bit
guilty about owning
something that costs
so much!
But at the same time, I was doing my best to produce «DQ» Mr. Horii had asked me to,
so I was
feeling guilty, selfish and disrespectful for Mr. Horii to even think
about doing
something else.
Guilt can help us change our behavior,
so that we don't repeat
something we
felt guilty about.
