Its sophistication is evident in everything from the quick - shifting automatic transmission and the accurate steering to the solid -
feeling infotainment control knob, which wouldn't be out of place in a Mercedes - Benz.

Climate
control employs traditional knobs and buttons that are a breeze to figure out, and the
infotainment system is very intuitive despite
feeling perhaps a bit outdated.
The
infotainment and HVAC
controls don't
feel particularly special, with both the Rapide and Lagonda suffering from an interior that isn't worth the price of admission.
The
control knob for the
infotainment system is a hefty
feeling solid metal piece, as is the volume knob.
Switchgear and

The three - spoke steering
feels great to hold and there are integrated buttons to
control the
infotainment system, cruise
control and the big MID display in the instrument cluster as well.
Audi makes the driver
feel special through other means too, such as the clean, uncluttered central
infotainment system, classy gear shifter and touch - sensitive digital climate
controls.
The
feeling that everything within the body panels is designed to serve the occupants like a loyal butler comes to surface when playing with the knurled aluminum knobs and multitude of buttons that
control everything from the heated and cooled front seats to the Audi MMI - like
infotainment system.
But it also
feels like a bit of a tradeoff, as the interior is not nearly as luxurious as some of the other competitors in the segment, and some materials like the plastics used for touch points like the
infotainment and drive mode
controls have a low - rent
feel in hand.
It also gets a gesture -
controlled infotainment unit but that
feels more gimmicky and a feature that you may not end up using too often.

infotainment and the multi-information display, all do their bit in uplifting the overall experience.
Inside is just as nice, with soft touch materials in all the right spots and the layout of the climate and
infotainment controls creates a nice cockpit - like
feel.
The new Swift also has more equipment now which adds to the car's premium
feel, including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Mirror Link connectivity on the
infotainment system, dual airbags and ABS as standard, climate
control, push button start, keyless entry, reverse camera with parking sensors and more.
Perhaps the better option, though, is to upgrade to the «2.5 Premium» spec, which adds 17inch alloy wheels, heated front seats, an upgraded
infotainment system and dual - zone climate
control for what we
feel is a reasonable increase in price to $ 24,815.
General Motors has a quiet hit with the MyLink
infotainment system: big touchscreen icons, big rubbery knobs that
feel grippy not slippery, reasonable menu structures, and the ability to add and
control smartphone apps such as Pandora.
The
infotainment system is logical and easy to use, the seats are comfortable and minor
controls feel good to the touch.
