of potatoes and sweet potatoes mixed and A LOT
of coconut oil (this food is truly a miraculous antidepressant — I am for 8 - 12 tablespoons a day with my starchy carbs).
Since protein foods are carb - free,
feel free to
eat an ample serving
of meat or fish on a low GI meal plan.
I'm not super strict with either
of these labels, but I will say that when I
eat foods that do align these labels (mainly whole foods like fruits, vegetables, root vegetables, grass - fed
meat, legumes etc), I
feel my best.
But the same goes for
meats, fruits or vegetables, if you
eat any one
of these groups continuously in large amounts you are going to
feel bad.
When you
feel great
eating meat every day, when a rare steak seems to improve your performance in the gym, when you tried going vegetarian for that hot vegan girl one time and ended up gaining ten pounds
of belly fat, it's hard to believe the experts.
I
feel much better since I switched to

of germed beans, but still avoiding gluten / whole grains, and supplementing with Fe and casually Zn, and what shall I say: Never
felt better.
Getting the fats right was the single change that I made over ten years ago that finally made me
feel fantastic after years
of eating organic fruits / veggies and
meats and still
feeling pretty unhealthy much
of the time.
An elimination diet is cutting out, perhaps slowly, one by one so you don't have a lot
of withdrawal symptoms, cutting out coffee, cutting out alcohol, cutting out fried foods, and then you cut out
meat, and then you cut out oils, and then you cut out carbs, and then you cut out cooked vegetables and you get down to the point where you are just
eating raw and you see how you
feel, and you keep a diary during that time.
I'm sure I won't be avoiding it any more and will
eat these foods when I
feel like it, but I generally like a more wholesome though nutrient / calorie dense diet better (lotsa butter, toast, eggs,
meat, rice, roasted veggies) except with the addition
of more CHEESE, peanut butter (and jelly!)
Mainly, I

eating only superb organic vegetables, grass - fed
meats, eggs and olive, coconut oils in generous amounts.
The amt

eat all depends on how you
feel and your availability
of grass fed
meats.

Hi, ive just come across this and i think youve been giving some great advice.im 26 years old and weigh 130 lbs i have a 4 yr old son i want to ideally loose 15 lbs because thats the weight i was pre pregnancy i keep fluctuating between 130 and 125 lbs.i workout regularly take spinning classes thrice a week and circuit training 3 times as well.my dietim finding very difficult to manage.how good would a dairy and fruit diet be i

I would say it took at least 6 months before I finally adapted and
felt comfortable
eating all kinds
of meat and healthy fats.

of the nutrition you need everyday by
eating a balanced meal filled with
meats, carbs, fats, and a little bit
of fruits and vegetables.
