Also, I use poppy
seeds instead
of sesame for that Chicago dog kind
of feel.
I like to use a combination
of white and black
sesame seeds because it looks nice, but
feel free to use one or the other if that's what you have on hand.

of snap in the mouth from the currants +

of ginger, peeled and minced 2 tablespoons
of lime juice (the juice
of one lime) 3 - 4 tablespoons
of water a pinch or two
of red pepper flakes, if you want extra heat
squash etc ingredients: 1 large spaghetti squash, cut in half lengthwise +
seeds scooped out 4 kale stalks, stems removed 1 shallot, peeled 1/2 cup chopped toasted nuts
of your preference (I used cashews) 3 tbsp
sesame seeds (toasted, raw, whatevs) chopped leafy herb if you
feel it (cilantro, mint, thai basil etc) 1 bunch
of broccoli, cut into florets salt + pepper
Feel free to experiment with this simple recipe, adding shreds
of dried seaweed or toasted
sesame seeds.
