I sometimes struggle with
my feelings about diet labels — vegan, raw, gluten - free, paleo, whole 30, etc..
I'm starting to feel that I should let go of the anxiety
I feel about his diet and trust that he will eat when he is hungry.
How do
you feel about diet in regards to women, do you think it could be (or should be) significantly different, especially if it could be different from person to person?

I've been teaching yoga now for
about 3 years, and as a yoga teacher people always always ask
about my
diet... I'm not entirely sure why, but anyway, they always expect me to come out with a strict label like vegan / vegetarian, so I for a while I kinda
felt embarrassed in a way to tell them otherwise.
I was
feeling so guilty
about this after seeing so many vegans who eat this way 100 % of the time and are always pushing their
diet, but it's just not realistic for me.
Also I had given up dairy 20 years prior to that (to
feel better) and then months after that, I noticed my allergy symptoms had gone down
about 85 % and I now after being on a gluten free
diet I hardly have any asthma attacks now or migraines!!!

I have been on a paleo - like food regimen for
