heavy I'm definitely lifting more than ever I've lifted in my life and I've put on a lot of strength, like I can't believe how much I'm bench pressing compared to 5 weeks ago when I started this program but I haven't actually put on any, well I've put on some muscle, not like a real noticeable amount and not really noticeable on the scale either but I have put on some squishiness around my gut, so I guess it sounds like I'm not lifting
heavy enough yet but I have increased my caloric intake by like 500 or 1000 calories.
