I've always felt so grateful that I didn't have to pack up bottles and formula each time we leave the house, like I used to with my oldest child after she weaned.

Most parents love snuggling with their babies but they feel like at a certain age kids may be too old for «cuddle time».

You may not know what to say or how to act initially after the diagnosis, but distancing yourself will make an older child feel like she did something wrong, and won't allow you the time to bond with a young child or newborn.
