The
walls are sheer from the surface until a depth of approximately 110
feet where you will begin to encounter stalactite formtions which actually angle back, allowing you to
dive underneath monstrous overhangs.
North

dive sites in the area and offers just about everything one can hope to see on the Belize Barrier Reef.
The
dive itself is along a slope running from north to south at around 25 to 80
feet / 8 -24 mt. Impressive wire coral and lettuce leaf corals lines the side of this
wall and forms a perfect habitat for spotted moray eels, lobsters and trumpet fish.
Since the
wall drops to 3,000
feet deep, the ground in the shallow area the blue hue makes this
dive utterly unreal!
The
dive master or his helper swim out about 15
feet away from the
wall and dump a load of chum bait into the water.
A world war two era landing craft wreck, deep
wall and shallow reef, and a 9 -
foot - tall, 600 - pound bronze mermaid are some of the main features of this lovely
dive site.

, there are DOWN CURRANTS we hit one @ Mikes point & only 3 of 10 made it to the surface,,,, the
dive was called off due to 3 - 7 knot currants,, I was 1 of the 3 after hitting the
wall @ mikes I tried to make it to the surface only to find myself @ the bottom after inflated my bc about half way I tried to make it up again came with in 20
feet of it then got sucked down again 3rd I made it,,,, But during that time bobbles ever were going down, sideways every were but up!
