Recent successes in legislation have resulted in prohibiting giving pets as prizes,
felony animal fighting laws, and in 2010, the passing of the Puppy Mill Bill.
Bengal has helped bring hundreds of criminals to justice, punishing those involved in
felony animal fighting, those who've left their pets without food and water, or simply left their pets behind.
