dairy such as cheese and yogurt, and a bit of heavy cream

dairy (you guys know I like my cheese and homemade,
fermented yogurt).

now one of the most influential people in the paleo diet and he has written many articles on the benefits of organ meats, starches, raw
dairy,
fermented foods and even did a piece on Dr Oz about how legumes are okay if well tolerated.
Now with as anti-wheat as I am, I'm actually a huge fan of
dairy... However, ONLY if the
dairy is raw milk or raw cheese and from grass - fed cows or is at least a
fermented form of
dairy.
Now that she has healed her gut, she has been able to introduce a lot more foods, including properly prepared grains,
fermented foods, real fats and
dairy.
I have discovered that it also helps to bypass my
dairy allergy and right
now I have 20 liters of milk
fermenting on my kitchen counter.
