or sugar if it feeds candida i was following the gaps diet it was working well until i started eating kefier a
fermented food i was also
drinking the juice of pickles which seemed ok but the keifer is not working is my guess but its hard to trust myself as it suppose to be so good and packed with healthy bacteria to help with constipation etc...
II am going to try different
fermented foods that don» cause me a migraine and if I can get away with eating
or drinking them, may just stick with them despite my thinking I might have a histamine intolerance and a migraine condition.
