loved teaching my own and my daughter's taste buds about

love the adventure of femrnted
foods I have been making kombucha for almost a year now and tryingto learn to
ferment vegies for my vegan diet
Besides the incredible
food that was prepared, I
loved tasting all of the delicious lacto -
fermented beverages and learning how easy they are to make!
First off, I
love that it's
fermented as that means I'm getting a good gut -
loving food source for the day.
Combined with the gut healing
foods of bone broth and
fermented foods, these dietary restrictions should be enough to slowly kill the majority of the pathogenic, sugar -
loving Candida yeasts.
We
love our
fermented foods and apple cider vinegar is a good one to use to add some
fermented goodness to quick pickles, or for flavour at the end of fermentation (don't use it as a base for lactic acid fermentation — like for

love making a variety of
fermented foods and beverages, especially water kefir.
