With enjoyment of the many anti-oxidant, enzymatic, and

fermented kombucha tea while minimizing excessive fluoride exposure the goal, here are 10 ways to brew your kombucha and
drink it too.
This is as easy as topping a taco with cultured sour cream,
drinking a
probiotic drink, enjoying sourdough bread, or munching on chips with a
fermented salsa!
I tried to
drink plenty of water and I consumed loads of
fermented stuff - kombucha (I like GT's and Health - Ade), homemade
fermented veggies, yogurt and
probiotics.
And so, kefir
