a few GF recipes for chocolate chip cookies and this was by far the best results I have ever had.

On the other hand, more complex
recipes like breads, cakes & crusts require a
few tweaks here & there... especially bread since
GF breads don't maintain structure the same way conventional bread does.
I have tried a

We don't use peanut butter in our house due to our son having a peanut allergy, so on a
few occasions I've tried subbing Sunbutter for peanut butter in
GF recipes — including some of yours, Elana.
