Our team is full of talent,

few can match us but look at some of the games we've lost, a Chelsea team at its worse, an
academy united, n nw Swansea team that's so poor compared to their past season.
In term of CB, people are forgetting that the youth
academy have good
players in Hayden and Ayaje.Southampton use to do well with their
academy because the supporters will allow and accept the youths to be given a chance, now supporters from a big team like Arsenal wants proven expensive world class
players in order to win quickly in detriment to give a chance to the youths club.Wenger show preference to some in detriment of others too playing always the same

players like Abou Diaby, Hector Bellerin, Tomas Rosicky, Francis Coqelin and Joel Campbell need some time on the pitch, while a

academy would love the chance to play for the first team.
What is even more sad is so
few kids come through the youth
academies because
players arrive from all over the world desperate to get their hands, not on the iconic red and white jersey, but the salary that comes with being a pro footballer in the prem.
Or may be promoting a
few youngsters from the
academy Nelson, Adelaide, Niles etc motivating them to give their all and show the senior
players what they are missing in terms of passion.

few years, constantly reloading to stay at the top,
It looked a
few years ago as though Chuba Akpom would be the next
player from the Arsenal
academy to break through into regular first team contention.
