The total body
workout is one that anyone can do
at home with just a
few sets of weights.
The
workouts were 30 minutes each day, could be done
at home with just a
few simple free weights, and the results these women were getting were INCREDIBLE.
In the past
few years, many folks started exercising
at home by themselves, but there is actually a good reason to invite a friend over for a
workout or to exercise in groups.
However, with the right type of
workout, the right mindset, and a
few extra actions, you can fit a great
workout in while
at home and get amazing fat burning benefits.
The only need a

Just because you have a gym membership that you actually use doesn't mean that you can't have a

I don't remember a lot of what I did this week but I do know I had a
few strong runs (Thanks to the Wag - a - thon for keeping me motivated) but I had not kept up with my
