At night I've been making big freezer smoothie packs with a
few chunks of frozen
banana, 1/3 cup frozen Wild Blueberries, 3/4 cup frozen pineapple, 1/3 -LSB-...]

chunks) or 1/2
banana plus a
few ice cubes 1 large sweet potato 5 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt 300 ml milk of choice 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp dessicated coconut 2 tbsp flaxseed powder (optional) 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Blend together the kale, acai, cocnut milk, 1/2 the
banana, pineapple (save a
few chunks for topping), hemp seeds and spirulina.
I might try leaving a
few little
chunks of
banana too!
Add cream and salt and cook, stirring often, until
bananas are almost entirely broken down (only a
few chunks should remain), about 5 minutes.

I like rice cakes with peanut butter, perhaps topped with a
few banana slices and some sliced almonds, or rice crackers with cheddar cheese
chunks, or lactose free yogurt with a sprinkle of chia seeds and 1/2 cup blueberries on top (Green Valley lactose free plain or vanilla should be okay).
Peel a
few bananas, chop into
chunks and throw them in a zip lock bag in the freezer so you always have some ready!
Mash the
bananas with a fork until very
few chunks remain and it's liquefied.
