few daily carbs?

I eat too many to start with, but definitely some fruit
daily and
carbs like oatmeal, the occasional slice of toast a
few times a week and starches like potatoes and rice.
There are a
few lower
carb beers out there, but still, watch how much you have and don't go over your
daily limit.
