a few diet methods late last year to test my body's response before embarking on the more extreme methods that I had planned for Jan 1.

few natural,
diet - based
methods to do just that:
Consuming an antioxidant - rich
diet, controlling our systemic inflammation, and supplementing with therapeutic compounds such as omega - 3, vitamin D, resveratrol, magnesium and curcumin are just a
few of these
methods that can make a difference.
Since discoverinf medication did nothing for me I turned to

diet — 60 day veggie juice
diet — vitamin D3 (2000iu daily)-- barberries (2 teaspoons daily)-- hormone balancing vitamins (vitex etc)-- paleo
diet — taking zinc, omega 3,6,9 and selium daily
There are a
few different ways to do intermittent fasting, including the 5:2
diet, the 16:8
method and the eat - stop - eat
method.
Sadly, I've watched them attempt to apply their own training and
diet methods to women in midlife who have no desire to stand on stage and flex for a
few moments but who do want all day energy and better legs, arms, and abs (these do not take extremes)!
