a few eggs on top with a little chopped chicken liver if available.

Place the spinach
on plates,
top with a
few sweet pea fritters, yogurt, sprouts, radishes and a generous amount of lemon zest and soft boiled
eggs on the side.
Tossing it with squash noodles and sauteeing for just a
few minutes to warm everything through is all you need, and then you have a delicious side dish or main course (pop a fried or poached
egg on top for a vegetarian version, or a grilled chicken breast for the meat eater in your life).
I made this with a couple of «flax
eggs» and some raisins thrown in, plus a
few extra walnuts

topping --- 1/3 cup roughly chopped raw nuts and seeds (I used almonds and sunflower seeds)-- 1 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar (depending
on your sweetness preference)-- 1/4 teaspoon salt
On top of the bread I spread a layer of pesto, then added a
few pieces of smoked salmon and scrambled
eggs.
We keep it simple, serving it over rice with a side of Roasted Ginger Sesame Green Beans or Spicy Asian Broccoli, but there have been a
few none - too - subtle request to serve 15 Minute Korean Style Beef with a fried
egg on top and kimchi
on the side, too.

few avocado slices

To really pump up the blue cheese flavor, add a
few crumbles

egg.
Preheat your KitchenAid ® Countertop Oven
on the «Bake» setting to 400 °F then
top off each
egg with a pinch of salt and a
few cracks of fresh black pepper before sliding them into the oven.

I added a
few tablespoons
on top of my
eggs this morning.
The boyfriend, who spent his days snowboarding, routinely spent too long in there during our evening bath dates too, but he was never in any rush, whether for an obvious lack of nosy old ladies
on his side, or for lack of motivation, having eaten really big rice and
egg lunches at the
top of the piste a
few hours before.
I went a little further this week and also added some Pico de Gallo
on top of the
eggs and a
few slices of avocado.
Not going to lie, a
few of those addicting little packets may have * accidentally * ended up in my purse and
on top of my
eggs the next morning after a trip to Taco Bell...
Put a small nest of the chocolate shredded wheats into a cupcake cake and then add a
few chocolate
eggs on the
top and allow to cool.
Almost anything can be sandwiched in a biscuit; scrambled
eggs, sausage patty, a small chicken patty, or a slice of ham with cheese melted
on top are just a
few ideas.
I fry or poach an
egg I toast 2 pieces of sourdough bread (use whatever bread you'd like that's just my fave) instead of butter etc I use coconut oil then I mash up whole or half an avocado depending
on how hungry I am squeeze some 1/4 lime or lemon into avo spread it
on top of the toast and sprinkle salt and pepper as well as some pine nuts (or anything else you'd like to
top it with) and when I have tomatoes I like to cut up a
few and add them as well.
Once you've assembled your pockets, brush each with an
egg finish and sprinkle a
few oats
on top before popping the bars in the oven for 20 minutes.
Another breakfast favorite is 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt and a serving of my Simple Homemade Granola,
topped with a
few blueberries and raspberries, or plain oatmeal with a couple of scrambled
egg whites
on top, 1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt — don't knock it» till you try it!
