Try using baking molasses (or Sorgum is very nutritious, has trace minerals,
sweeter than blackstrap) instead of the
corn syrup and brown sugar - not only is the flavor better, but the popcorn balls will stay
fresh a
few hours longer as well.
This salad I made last week, and enjoyed for a
few days, screams summer — it's loaded with grilled zucchini,
corn and onions, and bursts with
sweet and citrus flavors, and
fresh mint aroma.
Very starchy vegetables (pumpkin,
sweet corn, parsnip)-- Avoid for the first
few weeks, like
fresh fruits.
